Ganesha Hanamantagol of Bengaluru Bulls produced a stunning Super Raid in the final seconds to seal a dramatic win over Telugu Titans in the Southern Derby at the SMS Indoor Stadium, Jaipur.

Coming off the bench, he scored seven points and perfectly complemented Alireza Mirzaian’s Super 10, lifting his side to fourth place on the points table.

The Titans had briefly regained the lead, but Ganesha’s last-raid brilliance powered the season six champions to their fourth straight victory in a thrilling finish.

Puneri Paltan Clinches Maharashtra Derby with Dominant Display

Puneri Paltan registered a commanding 40–22 win over U Mumba in the Maharashtra Derby. Their defense was exceptional, racking up 20 tackle points, including six Super Tackles, with Gurdeep leading the way with a High Five and strong contributions from Gaurav Khatri and Abinesh Nadarajan.

Stuwart Singh starred in the raiding department with eight points, and crucial plays in the second half by Vishal Bhardwaj, Abinesh Nadarajan, and Singh helped Puneri Paltan pull away to secure a convincing victory.

Pawan Sehrawat Exits Tamil Thalaivas Amid Disciplinary Controversy

Pawan Sehrawat was sent home by the Tamil Thalaivas midway through PKL 12 for alleged disciplinary breaches. He has denied the claims, stating that he would quit kabaddi if even a fraction were true.

Sehrawat also mentioned that plans with his brother Arjun to strengthen the team were disrupted by “a particular individual.” The Thalaivas cited a breach of their code of conduct as the reason for his exit.

Devank Dalal Leads the Pack as Raiders Dominate Week 3

The Jaipur leg saw Bengal Warriors’ captain Devank Dalal emerge as the first raider of PKL 12 to cross 100 raid points. He leads the charts with 109 points and seven consecutive Super 10s.

Close behind is Jaipur’s Nitin Kumar Dhankhar with 87 raid points and six Super 10s in seven games, followed by Dabang Delhi’s Ashu Malik, who has 77 points and five Super 10s from six outings.

Patna Pirates’ Ayan Lohchab (73 points) and Bengaluru Bulls’ Alireza Mirzaian (70 points) complete the top five raiders of the week.

Puneri Wall Stands Tall as Defenders Rule the Charts

Puneri Paltan’s defensive strength was evident once again in the Jaipur leg. Three of their players making it to the top five tacklers. Gaurav Khatri leads the pack with 30 tackle points, followed by Bengal Warriors’ Ashish Malik with 23. Gurdeep stands third with 22 points.

Vishal Bhardwaj shares fourth place with Bengaluru Bulls’ Deepak Shankar on 20 points, alongside Delhi’s Fazel Atrachali and UP Yoddhas’ Sumit Sangwan, who also have 20 each.

In terms of High 5s, Ashish Malik tops the charts with four. He is followed by Khatri and Atrachali with three apiece, while Sangwan and Haryana Steelers’ captain Jaideep have two each.
