The much-awaited digital series ‘Dressage with Anush’ by international dressage rider Anush Agarwalla was premiered across his social media platforms.

The launching of ‘Dressage with Anush’ marked the beginning of a journey into one of the most elegant and technically demanding sports in the world.

Speaking on the launch, Anush Agarwalla shared, “So many people ask me, ‘What exactly is dressage? How does it work? What do you train for every day?’ I realised that there’s a genuine curiosity, but not enough accessible content that breaks it down in a relatable way—especially for audiences in India. That’s how the idea for this series was born.”

‘Dressage with Anush’ is more than just an introduction to the sport, it’s a personal invitation into Anush’s world. Each episode gives audiences a closer look at what it takes to compete at the top level of dressage- the physical and mental preparation, the bond with the horse, and the dedication that goes into every ride.

Anush added, “This series is important because it opens a door that usually stays closed. Most people see the elegance and the performance, but not the early mornings, the setbacks, or the deep connection with the horse that drives everything. I want to share that side of the sport, and in doing so, hopefully inspire young riders and help people understand the beauty and discipline behind dressage.”

The series will feature bite-sized episodes designed for digital audiences, with new episodes releasing every alternate Thursday at 1:30 PM IST. From decoding movements to sharing personal anecdotes and on-ground training clips, each instalment will explore a unique aspect of dressage and Anush’s journey as an elite athlete.

With ‘Dressage with Anush’, the rider aims to build a stronger emotional and educational connection with fans, aspiring equestrians, and anyone curious about the sport.
